How accurate are the AI predictions?
Our AI analyzes visual patterns to estimate photo quality. Actual social media engagement depends on many factors including timing, audience, and content relevance. Predictions are estimates, not guarantees.
Does PostPick AI post to my social media?
No. We never post to your accounts or share your photos publicly. The app only analyzes photos locally selected by you. PostPick AI is completely privacy-first.
What photo formats are supported?
PostPick AI supports JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and WebP formats. High-quality images are recommended for the best analysis results.
How many photos can I analyze?
Free users can analyze up to 3 photos per batch with limited monthly analyses. Pro subscribers can analyze up to 10 photos per batch with unlimited monthly analyses.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > PostPick AI. Android: Open Play Store > Subscriptions > PostPick AI. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Visit our Account Deletion page or go to Profile > Delete Account within the app. Your data will be processed for deletion within 30 days.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Photos are processed in real-time and never permanently stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Why isn't the app working?
Try these steps: 1) Update to the latest version, 2) Restart the app, 3) Check your internet connection, 4) Restart your device, 5) Reinstall the app. Contact support if issues persist.
