Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Before you delete your account, please note the following information.

What gets deleted?

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your email and profile information
  • Your analysis history
  • Your saved captions and hashtags
  • Your preferences and settings
  • All associated personal data

What happens next?

  • Deletion is processed within 30 days
  • You'll receive a confirmation email when complete
  • This action cannot be undone
  • Any active subscription continues until cancelled separately

Cancel Your Subscription First

If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it through your device's app store before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription billing.

How to cancel your subscription

iOS (App Store)

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select PostPick AI
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Android (Play Store)

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select PostPick AI
  4. Tap Cancel subscription
  5. Follow the instructions

Option 1: Delete from within the app

You can delete your account directly from the PostPick AI app:

  1. Open the PostPick AI app
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Scroll to "Account Actions"
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Follow the confirmation steps

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to our privacy team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

Send your request to:

We'll process your request within 30 days and send confirmation.

Deletion Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted. During this period, you can contact us to cancel your deletion request.

Data Retention After Deletion

After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records (for tax and accounting purposes) - retained for up to 7 years
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (no personal identifiers)
  • Legal compliance records, if applicable
